Ingredients
1/2 cup orzo, 2 cups tomato sauce, 3-4 tomatoes, salt, pepper, herb powder, 1t minced garlic, 1T parmesan cheese
Steps
1. Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add 1/2 cup orzo and 1t salt and cook.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add salt, pepper, and herb powder, and sauté the tomatoes. Set the tomatoes aside.
3. Add a little olive oil and minced garlic to the pan, sauté briefly, pour in the tomato sauce, add the orzo from step 1, and simmer. Add parmesan cheese and mix well.
4. Put the orzo in a bowl and top with the tomatoes from step 2.
