Strawberry Tartine

Slice a baguette horizontally and toast it in a pan. Wash the strawberries well, remove the stems, and slice thinly. Spread butter on the baguette, top with strawberries, and sprinkle with xylose sugar. Add a few mint leaves if you have some at home. #cookanyway recipe by @necozawaemi. ☝️Microwave the butter for 15 seconds to make it easier to spread. ☝️Regular sugar works fine instead of xylose sugar. Powdered sugar, however, isn't a good substitute.
