Mushroom Trio

20210303 #breakfastdiary 19, -1°C/cloudy Button mushrooms make a wonderful breakfast even without cooking — a good dressing alone does the trick. King oyster mushrooms, though, I'm still not sure about. Should I have sliced them thinner? Today, the first day of March, is when every school holds its opening ceremony — a day that must be full of nervous excitement. I imagine that's true even for remote ceremonies. Congratulations on starting school.
