So, over the past few years of doing this breakfast thing, here are a few naming methods I've come to realize and currently use. (skipping ahead) Second, the ingredient-listing type. This is where you just list out the main ingredients that went into the breakfast - it's pretty intuitive. Things like pistachio mushroom sourdough, cucumber mango feta toast, red cabbage orange mint salad. Of course, the downside is that the name gets long, and since only the main ingredients get top billing, the supporting ones end up left out and overlooked.

When it comes to eating a different breakfast every day, naming that different breakfast turns out to be even trickier than making it. It's no small thing. And so, today's breakfast is the so-called ingredient-listing type: approx. 530kcal spicy honey egg avocado sourdough toast
1. Brush the sourdough with olive oil and toast until crisp.
2. Peel a ripe avocado and slice it thinly.
3. Add chili oil to a pan, crack in 1 egg, and fry it.
4. Top the sourdough with the avocado, Maldon salt, and the fried egg from step 3, and finish with a little honey.
