20210204, These days it seems like a lot of people use so-called 4th-generation seasonings like #Yeondu, but the classic namul (seasoned vegetable) dressing is really just salt, sesame oil, doenjang, soy sauce, sesame salt, vinegar, chili powder, and the like. One notable thing about Korean-style namul dressing, though, is that there's no single #standard recipe everyone agrees on. Which is why an olive oil, vinegar, and whole grain mustard dressing goes just as well with chamnamul. The original recipe actually calls for chard instead of chamnamul.
-Soak the chickpeas in water overnight, then boil with a little salt.
-Pour a shallow layer of water into a pan, add a little salt and olive oil, and lightly blanch the chamnamul.
-Transfer to a bowl, add pepper pepper pepper pepper, and drizzle with the dressing.
