Thai corn. Kernels cut off the cob. Peas, vinaigrette dressing — #CornSalad
#MyLocalFoodSalad recipe
Doing nothing is the hardest thing in the world. It's the hardest, and also the most intellectual, task.
He seems to have understood well what Aristotle called the divine pleasure of 'unmoved, motionless stillness.'
Ingredients
- 1 corn
- 1/2 cup peas
- Dressing (2T olive oil, 1T white wine vinegar, 1t whole grain mustard)
Steps
1. Cut the kernels off the corn with a knife.
2. Boil the peas for 2-3 minutes in boiling water.
3. Plate the corn from step 1 and peas from step 2, drizzle with the dressing, and top with fragrant dill.
