Last Friday through Sunday already feels like ages ago. #Interstellar Blanch shepherd's purse in boiling water with a little salt, rinse in cold water, then squeeze it dry. Mix in a little salt and basil by hand. Top a store-bought #tortilla with mozzarella cheese, the blanched shepherd's purse, and almonds, and bake for 5 minutes in a 180°C oven. #shepherdspursepizza
