As I wrote on the profile of my Instagram account how.about.breakfast, aka Mr. Breakfast Diary, I tend to prefer chopsticks over a fork.
Last night, I wrote down that one sentence and stared at it for about an hour before falling asleep to the sound of falling snow. I comfort my lack of sleep with the nutty, salty flavor of gamtae (seaweed flakes).
