Warm the tofu in boiling water. It takes a good while for the warmth to reach the center. Once out of the water, the tofu will drip, so set it briefly on a paper towel.
Plate the tofu, scoop out the center, and on one side put mushrooms blanched in olive oil, and on the other, olive oil and balsamic, parsley, and plenty of pepper #tofusalad
(This is @b.read_book's 'My Local Food Salad' recipe. It's the final installment of teacher Lee Seon-hye's salad trilogy — roughly half of the Najosik timeline traces back to this trilogy.)
One of the changes in the #iPhone15 is Focus mode. It's been strengthened to guarantee freedom from outside interruptions during sleep, work, fitness, and other situations.
I once read that office workers need a solid one-to-two-hour block of time free from calls from the outside world or from colleagues — especially from a boss.
The iPhone always digs into the small corners of daily life.
