Notes

20250920 #breakfastdiary 1514, 21°C/cloudy And bingsu (shaved ice) is a dessert of cooperation and friendship. First, you have to coax your way around every side of the ice mountain with a spoon; second, there must be no mishap of spilling the contents outside the bowl; third, the balance of ingredients and ice has to come out exactly even down to the very last spoonful. Because if only plain ice is left to finish the stage with a bland taste, that's deeply disappointing! If you have a friend who can pull off everything just described together with you, wordlessly, through eye contact alone — that friend is a true soulmate! (Bingsu, Summer Dictionary of Words) I'm reading #summerdictionaryofwords by @achimdal.books. It's not bingsu, but while eating this about-465-kcal #acaibowl that has a bingsu-like vibe to it, I thought about a friend to share it with — but I think an acai bowl is probably better eaten alone.
