Greek Yogurt Pasta

Whether it's the pecorino cheese in the pasta or the sad news from a couple of days ago, there's a sharp, sour edge to this morning. If panic had a flavor, maybe this is what it would taste like. Boil the pasta in salted water. In a pan, melt a knob of butter, add plenty of garlic, grate in pecorino cheese, warm it through, then add a scoop of Greek yogurt. Pour the Greek yogurt sauce over the cooked pasta and finish with plenty of pepper. #greekyogurtpasta
