20210414, #breakfastdiary 61, 3°C/sunny I roll rice paper with (pan-fried the night before) tofu, spinach, red cabbage, carrot... oh, I don't have any, so skip it. Plus ricotta cheese and walnuts. Food is meant to be eaten with your mouth, eyes, and nose too, so without the carrot it turns out awfully bland. Ah, come to think of it, I think I also forgot to season it. Anyway. A month's worth of BGM for you who walks/works/studies alone — I've subscribed to #KimHyeri's #MonthlyAudioMagazine #QuietLife and I've been listening to bits of it on my commute. I get off at Anguk Station and walk slowly to work through Insadong with it playing quietly in the background.
