Oyster & Chicory Salad

Notes
20201229, The most absurd thing I learned this year is ________.
According to the National Institute of Korean Language's Twitter, apparently '뭐라고' (mworago, "what did you say") can also be written as '머라고' (meorago). The reasoning: '머' is a colloquial way of saying '뭐' ("what"), used in phrases like "Are you eating something (머) by yourself?" or "What (머) do you like, sis?"
A truly shocking, absurd fact for people who can't rest easy until they've corrected even the smallest spelling typo in an ordinary KakaoTalk message.
Back when I thought oysters only ever belonged with spicy vinegar-gochujang sauce, I discovered — just as absurdly, but wonderfully — that oysters and vinegar dressing are a fantastic match too.
-Wash chicory clean under running water and cut into bite-sized pieces; rinse the oysters lightly with a bit of salt and set aside.
-Finish with a dressing of whole-grain mustard, white wine vinegar, and olive oil.
