Seasonal Jujube-Apple Toast

Thinly slice the jujube-apples. A mandoline would work well here too.

Toast the bread in a pan and plate it.

Over the toast from step 2, layer the thinly sliced gouda cheese and the jujube-apple from step 1, then top with almonds and honey.
