Spinach, Bell Pepper, and Walnuts

20210423, #breakfastdiary 69, 18°C/partly cloudy Spinach with chopped bell pepper and walnuts, tossed in a dressing of olive oil, whole grain mustard, and wine vinegar. Yesterday I spent the day thinking about what an individual, or a group, ought to do when their views don't line up — who whistleblowing should target, and where the reasonable line even is. I tossed it all together with the spinach and ate it.
