Sprinkle with salt and let sit for a bit. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté garlic, then add shrimp, pepper, and red pepper flakes and cook. Add the zucchini noodles and 1/4 tsp chicken stock, tossing gently so the noodles don't break. Once they've softened enough, plate it. One whole zucchini, spiralized into #zucchinipasta
