Roasted Onion and Endive, Onion

Ingredients

• 2 onions
• 1 endive
• olive oil
• soy-based sliced ham
• Maldon salt
• garlic powder
• pepper 👉Like this 1. Wash the onions and endive thoroughly and pat dry
• then cut the onions into wedges and the endive into four pieces. 2. Lay the onion and endive on a pan
• drizzle with olive oil
• and roast in a 180°C oven for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with thyme
• Maldon salt
• and garlic powder. (Since they didn't brown enough
