There are a few theories about its origins, but the dish that emerged sometime in the late 1800s — an English muffin topped with sliced ham and a poached egg, drenched in hollandaise sauce — #eggsbenedict was turned into the whole world's brunch by Sex and the City (feat. Sarah Beth) and, well, Mr. Baek Jong-won.
