- 1 slice bread - 1T basil pesto - 1 ball burrata cheese - 1 heirloom tomato - olive oil - pepper

1. Brush the bread with olive oil and toast both sides. 2. Spread basil pesto on the bread, then top with burrata cheese and finally the heirloom tomato, pepper, olive oil, and a little more basil pesto.
