French Toast

20230106, #breakfastdiary 643, -7°C/mostly clear January again, this year everything feels like it's going to work out me, a year older now, making another grand plan once more (Oh Eun, One Year) So I won't be making any grand plans. Two eggs, (oh no, we're out of milk,) a pinch of salt, a bit of pepper, whisked together, I melt butter in a hot pan and toast slices of whole-grain bread, cut into nice pieces, on both sides. Onto the plate, with blueberries and a dusting of powdered sugar, (which doesn't actually exist in France,) #frenchtoast
