Hallabong & Clotted Cream Open Sandwich

20210215 #breakfastdiary 4, rain (snow forecast) Toast bread in a pan, spread on clotted cream, then top with hallabong (Korean citrus). A little rosemary too. The pairing of clotted cream and hallabong is subtly wonderful. Winter's passing and spring's coming — maybe it's time to grow a pot of rosemary.
