Being Korea's first Michelin 3-star chef, you'd think everything came easily to him, but nothing in the world comes that easily. Anyway, the whole-garlic ramyeon he casually made on Baek Jong-won's YouTube channel caught my interest. This is, after all, a ramyeon recipe from a Michelin 3-star chef. Thanks to the garlic, the broth turns unexpectedly savory, making for an appealing ramyeon. Though, if you want to eat ramyeon for breakfast, you'd better do about 100 mountain climbers beforehand and fill your empty stomach with plenty of green vegetables like celery.

Ingredients

Baek's ramyeon (regular ramyeon works fine too) Whole garlic cloves, 2 Red chili pepper, 1 👉Like this Cut the top off the whole garlic cloves and roast at 200°C for 20 minutes. Pour 500ml water into a pot, add the roasted garlic, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, remove just the garlic and mash it. Add the soup base, add the noodles, and cook to taste. Plate it, and for a fun texture, sprinkle on the ramyeon crumbs left in the bag. Felt like something was missing, so I sliced up a red chili pepper and added it. #breakfast #recipe #miraclemorning #ramyeon
