The World We Meet Again, Stir-fried Scallion Noodles, Scallion

Ingredients

• Capellini
• scallions
• soy sauce
• oyster sauce
• sugar 👉Like this 1. Boil the capellini in salted boiling water. 2. Wash the scallions thoroughly; cut half into 10cm lengths and finely chop the rest. 3. Heat oil in a pan
• add the 10cm-cut scallions
• pour in half the soy sauce mixture (1T soy sauce
• 1T oyster sauce
• 1/2T sugar)
• stir-fry
• then set aside. 4. In the pan
• add the chopped scallions
• the remaining soy sauce mixture
• and the capellini
