20240107 #breakfastdiary 945, -7°C/clear I thought it'd be nice to add a voice narration to my reels, but recording something every single day isn't realistic, so I tried testing out an AI service instead. #elevenlabs You upload a short sample of your voice, type in some text, and it analyzes the characteristics and patterns of your voice to read the text back in your own voice. It's genuinely impressive. Impressive as it is, though, it's missing just a few percent of feeling. I think that missing feeling is probably the smell of oysters rinsed a couple of times just right, the sound of oysters meeting other ingredients in a hot pan, the feeling of scooping up a spoonful of rice topped with oysters fresh off the stove, and everything from that whole process, all melted together. Rinse a bag of oysters well under running water and drain in a sieve. Once the water has drained off, toss lightly with a little starch. Heat oil in a pan, blanch some chopped chives, add the prepared oysters, then add 1 butter and pour in a soy sauce mixture (1 minced garlic, 1 soy sauce, 2 water). Add more chives and cook a bit longer. Spoon the oysters over rice, top with chopped chives, and finish with a few drops of sesame oil~ — 20240107 #breakfastdiary 945, -7°C/clear Rinse a bag of oysters well under running water and drain in a sieve.
