Green Pesto Croissant

Notes
20210206, Apparently the world generates about 2.5 exabytes of data a day (1 exabyte is roughly a billion gigabytes) — nearly the equivalent of 650 billion copies of the Harry Potter books. Impossible to really wrap your head around.
As a result, how humans search for information is changing too. We went from a chaotic web full of unfiltered information to curated blogs, and once even those became overwhelming, we shifted toward listicles ('10 ways to do X,' '5 ways to do Y') or, for something more special, expert curation. Maybe even scrolling to 'search' has become too much of a hassle — for the past two or three years, it seems 'searching' has increasingly meant simply 'watching' a video of the results. Information-seeking keeps trending toward the simplest possible form.
Let's try a croissant that comes together with nothing more than a smear of green pesto.
-Mix ricotta cheese and basil pesto in a 2:1 ratio to make #greenpesto. (The original uses ricotta and feta.)
-Slice the croissant lengthwise with a bread knife, spread on plenty of green pesto, and warm it up. I'd recommend 4–5 minutes in a 180°C oven.
Warming it in the microwave (not that this is a real phrase) just diminishes its 'bread dignity.'
