Climate Action Day, Breakfast Flex, Great Day

Today is global #climateactionday. They say the climate crisis we're facing has already gone beyond what individual effort can fix, but that's no reason to just sit back and do nothing. Photographing how much single-use plastic I go through in a day might help raise awareness too. (Yesterday's haul: a paper cup with a plastic lid, paper napkins, sauce in a plastic container.) Anyway, thanks to a slightly later start today, #breakfastflex -Dessert Banana, Greek yogurt, #greatday #granola feat. fabric from a shop in Arles, France -Main dish Wash green onions well, sear in a pan with olive oil, and serve with sausage blanched in boiling water, dressing, and wholegrain mustard -Appetizer Leftover spinach, vitamin lettuce, and bell pepper with dressing (olive oil 3, wholegrain mustard 1/2, white wine vinegar 1, onion 1)
