It seems like the perfect tool for any area involving fixed, repetitive tasks, and it should genuinely cut down working hours. Throw together whatever's left in the fridge — frisée, cucumber, green beans, cherry tomatoes, apple, celery — (thrown together, have you ever seen such a human recipe?), then scrape ricotta cheese all the way down with an ice cream scoop and drop it lightly on top. Scatter over the world's prettiest cranberries, long-soaked in Cuban rum, and some sliced almonds, roughly. For the dressing, balsamic, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, basil... except no basil on hand, so skip it — just toss it all together. Truly, a most human ricotta cheese.
