Caesar Salad Breakfast

20201205, July 4, 1924, at Caesar's restaurant in LA — running low on ingredients and worried about what to do, Caesar improvised a (invented on the spot) salad for his guests out of whatever was left, romaine and bread among it. It became an unexpected sensation and turned into the #CaesarSalad we still enjoy today. Made as close to the original recipe as possible, this Caesar salad is wonderfully simple and clean. -Drizzle olive oil in a pan and toast bread to make croutons. -Tear apart the world's prettiest romaine and plate it, then add olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, -and top with parmigiano cheese and the croutons.
