I was reminded again that the same ingredients become a side dish when tossed, and a main dish when stacked up.
Ingredients: 270g crown daisy greens (1t sea salt for blanching), 1 block tofu, 1/3t minced garlic, 1/3t salt, 1/2t soy sauce, 1/2 sesame oil, 1T black sesame seeds, 10 peanuts
(Ingredients from a YouTube recipe by #chefkimdaeseok.)
Add salt to boiling water and blanch crown daisy greens cut into 3cm pieces. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the moisture.
Blanch the tofu in the same water used for the greens for about 1 minute.
On a plate, arrange the crown daisy greens and mash the tofu on top, then add the dressing, black sesame seeds, and chopped peanuts. Toss gently and enjoy.
(If you're not tossing it, you could probably skip the garlic.)
