Cut a bell pepper in half and hollow it out, then sear the cut side first in an olive-oil pan, front and back.
In a hot pan, toast breadcrumbs. Turn off the heat once they're lightly golden.
Sauté the prettiest brown mushrooms in the world along with zucchini, onion, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes in an olive-oil pan (brown mushrooms have a chewier texture than regular white ones, which is their charm), then toss gently with a dressing of olive oil, white wine vinegar, and whole-grain mustard, seasoned with salt and pepper.
Fill the prepared bell pepper halves with the sautéed vegetables and finish with a little Parmesan and pepper. The taste of Provence: ratatouille.
This is my recipe for #myfrenchstylesalad.
*The original recipe uses courgette instead of Korean zucchini (aehobak). Since aehobak tends to soften quickly, sauté it just briefly. Swapping quinoa in for the breadcrumbs might give an interesting texture too.
I'm reading Season 1 of 'Shoot for the Moon' (달까지가자) in Changbi's Literature 3, Season 2 on Switch, and now Season 3 in book form. In the story, the price of 1 ETH, which started around 100,000 won in 2017, ends up crossing 2 million won by 2018. (There's been a lot of change since then, but) this morning, 1 ETH hit 4.7 million won. 1 BTC is 71 million won.
In a world ruled by the bits of 0s and 1s, it wouldn't be strange at all if #cryptocurrency ended up replacing the #goldstandard. When was the last time any of us actually held cash or coins in our hands?
