Tofu Salad

20210624 #breakfastdiary 129, 21°C/mostly clear Romaine, tomato, tofu pan-fried in perilla oil, a few almonds and fried shallots, all drizzled evenly with a dressing of olive oil, whole-grain mustard, and white balsamic. #tofusalad Since last Monday I've been using my morning commute to walk about 2km. Thinking I'll try it for two weeks. Something I won't be able to keep up once it gets hotter, once monsoon season starts, or if my body isn't up for it.
