Looked it up — still going strong, producer #250 Upbeat seared apricot, bittersweet, generously dolloped Greek yogurt — #greekyogurt with seared apricot on the side Melt butter in a pan, cut apricots in half, and sear cut-side down first. Sprinkle a little sugar and use a torch to caramelize... ah, out of butane gas. Gently flip the apricots over instead. Plate the Greek yogurt, top with the seared apricot, drizzle drizzle, and add a few mint leaves.
