20210704 #breakfastdiary 139, 22°C/rain, 39 min/exercise I boil lasagna sheets in salted water. For the filling, I mix chopped spinach with ricotta, parmesan, salt, and pepper. I spread the filling over the boiled lasagna sheets and roll them up like gimbap. I arrange the rolls neatly in an oven dish and pour on a generous amount of rosé sauce (tomato sauce and cream mixed 1:1). I sprinkle parmesan on top, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, then pull it out and finish with pepper. #rosésaucegratin In Korea, when grading a test, a circle marks a correct answer and a slash or check mark marks a wrong one. In the Philippines it's the opposite — a slash for correct, a circle for wrong. In English-speaking countries and China, a check mark means correct and an X means wrong, while in Japan a circle means correct and a check mark means wrong. (Source: Namu Wiki) Today, for everyone in Korea taking an exam, I hope their test papers end up covered in nothing but circles.
