When we're standing outside of commitment, we're afraid to commit to anything. But once we actually step into that world of devotion, it turns out to be surprisingly comfortable. Like novelist Haruki Murakami, who runs and writes every single day, or figure skater Kim Yuna, who answered 'I just did it' when asked how she practiced every day — devotion leads us to a life that's calm, simple, and certain.

Since July 13th of [20]20, I've been making breakfast almost every single morning unless something special comes up. It's the ritual that starts my day, and at some point it became devotion, commitment. Whenever someone asks how I manage that, my answer is always the same: I just do it.
Heat a pan, brush olive oil onto #baguettine @baguettine.seoul campagne bread, and toast both sides.
Let's make guacamole. Prepare two cups of frozen avocado. (Or, since you'll be mashing it anyway, one very ripe — practically about-to-spoil — avocado works too; just halve and peel it.)
Mash the avocado with a fork. Quarter the cherry tomatoes, scoop out the seeds, and dice. Add a pinch of salt, plenty of pepper, and 1t lime juice.
Prepare one egg, sunny-side up.
Toast, assemble!
Spread the guacamole generously over the campagne bread, top with the fried egg, and finish with red pepper flakes~
