20250207 #breakfastdiary 1306, -8/light fog The classic office worker's breakfast — a batter of banana and oats, simply baked in the oven, not too sweet — #bananaoatbake It's actually supposed to have 1/4t baking powder, but I didn't have any. Looked it up and found you can substitute baking soda plus something acidic, so I used a little baking soda + 1/4t lemon juice instead, but the batter failed to rise — guess it wasn't quite enough. 👉Approx 356kcal

Ingredients

1.5 bananas, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2t peanut butter, 1/2t maple syrup, a pinch of baking soda and 1/4t lemon juice, 1/2t vanilla extract and cinnamon, a pinch of salt 👉Here's how 1. In a blender, combine 1.5 bananas, 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2t peanut butter, 1/2t maple syrup, a little baking soda and 1/4t lemon juice, 1/2t vanilla extract and cinnamon, and a pinch of salt, and blend into a smooth batter. 2. Pour the batter into an oven-safe dish, top with banana and blueberries, and bake in a 180°C oven for 30 minutes. 3. Didn't rise much, but anyway — a little peanut butter and Maldon salt on top~ #breakfast #recipe #miraclemorning #banana Q. Microwaved mackerel in 1 minute is nice and simple, but it's a bit lacking in flavor. Like 0% body fat mackerel, you know? Any way to make it taste better? 🤔 Who knows? Does such a thing even exist? 🥲 I've got my own little secret...😃
