Bacon-Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

20210308 #breakfastdiary 25, -2°C/clear Blanch a few brussels sprouts that had been hiding in the back of the fridge. Wrap them in bacon and sear them in an olive-oil pan — out of 6, the bacon came undone on 3. Still managed to save 3, though. Not the breakfast to attempt on a Monday when your mind is already scattered. At the hair salon yesterday, while getting a haircut, my stylist told me the line of my (back) neck looked nice. I think that might be the first compliment I've ever gotten about my body — my line, no less.
