Cucumber egg stir-fry, cucumber

Ingredients

• 1 cucumber
• 2 eggs
• 1 green onion (white part)
• 1T oyster sauce
• 1t sesame oil
• sesame seeds
• oil
• salt 👉 like this 1. Thinly slice the cucumber
• put it in a mixing bowl
• sprinkle with 1t salt
• toss lightly
• and set aside for a moment. 2. Slice the white part of the green onion and set aside. 3. Meanwhile
• beat 2 eggs
• add a pinch of salt
• whisk
• and pour into a pan to make scrambled eggs. 4. Rinse the cucumber under water and squeeze out the moisture firmly. 5. Heat oil in a pan
• add the cucumber and green onion and sauté
• then mix in the scrambled eggs and 1T oyster sauce. 6. Plate and finish with a little sesame oil and sesame seeds. #breakfast #recipe #miraclemorning #cucumber
