Peach Salad Peaches

20250622 #breakfastdiary 1429, 22°C/clear I called it peach salad, but the peach is really just a supporting act — this is more of a clean-out-the-fridge salad. Still, the name stands: #peachsalad

Peaches and literally whatever vegetables catch my eye when I open the fridge right now, (dressing) 3T olive oil, 1T lemon juice, 1t Dijon mustard

1. Spinach that arrived yesterday, leftover crown daisy and shallot, shinbi peaches bought at the market a couple days ago, frozen blueberries, a bit of leftover bread, and ricotta cheese 2. Mix 3T olive oil, 1T lemon juice, and 1t Dijon mustard to make a dressing, and pour it over.
