Elote with Ramen Seasoning

20210712 #breakfastdiary 147, 24°C/misty, 30 min/exercise (yoga) I start pan-roasting store-bought (Thai) corn, but being short on time, I finish crisping the surface with a kitchen torch instead. A little guiltily, I slather on mayonnaise, then add ramen seasoning powder, parmesan, and a bit of parsley flakes. Since I have lime on hand, a squeeze of that too. #tasteofthesecular #elote *Real elote usually gets Mexican chili powder, #picodegallo, but apparently #ramenseasoning works as a substitute.
