Asparagus Salad

Grill asparagus in olive oil with salt and pepper. Make a sauce of minced tomato, olive oil, white balsamic, lemon juice, and whole grain mustard, then top with chopped walnuts. #asparagussalad

Heat olive oil in a pan, season with salt, pepper, and herbs, and grill the trimmed asparagus until golden.

Deseed the cherry tomatoes and mince finely.

In a bowl, mix the minced tomato from step 2 with 2T olive oil, 1T white balsamic, 1T lemon juice, and 1t whole grain mustard to make the dressing.

Place the asparagus from step 1 in a bowl, pour over the dressing from step 3, and top with chopped walnuts.
