Salmon - the L is silent, isn't it~ π
650kcal, Spicy Salmon Rice Muffins.
Ingredients
250g salmon, 1 large sheet seaweed (nori, to be cut into 6 pieces), 2T sesame oil, 1T tsuyu, 1T honey, (since I'm out of chopped scallion) chopped green onion, paprika powder, mixed herbs, sriracha mayo, a little black sesame seeds
Steps
1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, place in a mixing bowl, and add 2T sesame oil, 1T tsuyu, 1T honey, and (since I'm out of chopped scallion) chopped green onion, paprika powder, and mixed herbs. Mix well and marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Cut the seaweed into 10cm x 10cm squares, place a spoonful of rice on each, set into a muffin tin, top with the salmon from step 1, and bake at 200Β°C for 15 minutes.
3. Top with avocado, sriracha mayo (2T mayonnaise, 1t sriracha, 1T honey), and a little black sesame seeds.
