The psychological kick matters in a menu too. We build it around platters and combinations so the food looks even prettier. If you design something to be Instagrammable from the start, it often goes viral on its own - to the point you barely need a marketing budget. (...) I think of GFFG kind of like an idol agency. SM keeps churning out idols, from H.O.T. to NCT to aespa. GFFG's the same way - it hasn't stopped at Downtowner and Knotted; new brands keep coming out. We're building the system that keeps these brands on a good path.

The comparison between F&B and an idol agency is (obviously) striking, and there did seem to be a certain hard-to-pin-down atmosphere unique to #GFFG across Downtowner, Little Next, Knotted, Hojokban, Clap Pizza, Wokshionary, Ki Sushi, and Anyoccasion.
Today breakfast's #psychologicalkick is mascarpone cheese.
Slice the corn vertically and fan it out on a plate alongside boiled green peas. Olive oil, white balsamic, pepper, pepper,
and the #psychologicalkick, mascarpone cheese. #cornsalad
