Julienne a small carrot, sprinkle with chopped green onion, vinaigrette dressing, and pepper, and let it sit for a bit — well, that was the plan, but since I'm short on time, I just top it with a chunk of burrata cheese and a drizzle of olive oil instead. Warm a pita in the pan, split it in half, stuff it with the carrot rapé and burrata, and take a big bite 😃
