People scold an indecisive person by saying they're 'like water mixed with water, liquor mixed with liquor.' Every time I hear that phrase, I sense a positive nuance hiding behind its negative surface. I actually like people who are 'like water in water, liquor in liquor' (I even envy them). Even if to others they seem to lack decisiveness, seem 'wishy-washy,' or 'bland,' they hold onto their true nature regardless.

I read this in the paper yesterday and liked it enough to jot it down.
Topped with spicy salsa sauce and cheese and baked once more, but its true nature remains intact — 340kcal #focacciapizza
1. Slice the focaccia horizontally. If you prefer a thicker crust, leave it unsliced.
2. Spread salsa sauce on the focaccia, top with mozzarella cheese and small pieces of cherry tomato. Sprinkle a little basil powder and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes. (Just enough for the mozzarella to melt.)
3. Plate the focaccia, drizzle with olive oil, top with whipped ricotta cheese and basil, and finish with olive oil.
