Corn Open Sandwich

Spread on cream cheese and top with slices of the delicious corn I bought last night from the truck near my house—corn boiled by a special patented method, apparently, since the truck even had the patent certificate on display. A little parsley and paprika. #cornopensandwich I think the combination of corn and mayonnaise—that classic, unpretentious flavor—would actually work better than corn and cream cheese.
