Tomato Feta Salad

20210722, #breakfastdiary 157, 27°C/mostly clear Cherry tomatoes, basil, radish, and feta cheese, drizzled with olive oil and a white balsamic dressing. #tomatofetasalad A couple of days ago I watched the Blue Origin space tourism rocket return with Jeff Bezos on board—live, no less. I feel like I'd just seen news about Virgin Galactic's space tourism rocket not long before that too. As a child, Jeff Bezos apparently grew his dreams of the future and of space watching the broadcast of the Apollo moon landing. Someone out there, watching him step out of the capsule in a cowboy hat, waving, will grow their own dream of the future because of it. And some people, every time that news comes back around, will remember it alongside whatever else was happening in their own lives on July 20th, 2021.
