Korea's oldest bakery, #Isungdang #redbeanbread
People assume it's just an ordinary red bean bun, but it's famous for its rice-flour skin that tears in delicate, paper-thin layers, packed with an enormous amount of red bean paste — two to three times more (roughly 80–90g or more) than other chain bakeries put in. To keep the bread's distinctive shape from warping during baking, two small holes are poked in the middle, which is why, unlike the usual round, plump red bean bun, this one has a dimpled center that looks almost like a button.
