Grilled Bamboo Shoots

Sometimes I've undercooked it and it turned out tough, sometimes I've overcooked it and burned it. Other times I stopped halfway and ruined the texture, and once I grilled so much I got tired of eating it before I even finished. I still don't quite know how long to grill #bambooshoots. (feat.
