1 peach, chicory, 1T blueberries, 1T feta cheese, (candied pecans) 1/2 cup pecans, 1T honey, 1t curry powder, a pinch of salt, 5g butter, (dressing) 2T olive oil, 1T vinegar, 1t salt
Steps
1. In a pan, reduce 1/2 cup pecans with 1T honey, 1t curry powder, and a pinch of salt. Add 5g butter and let cool for a moment. The candied pecans are done.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the peach, cut into wedges.
3. Plate the chicory, then top with the peach from step 2, blueberries, feta cheese, and the candied pecans from step 1.
4. Mix 2T olive oil, 1T vinegar, and 1t salt, and pour over.
