Perilla Oil Fried Eggs

It reminded me of a K-drama crisis theory I read recently — I agree with the idea that a crisis never arrives all at once; every crisis has a process behind it. Oil in a cast-iron pot, three eggs, a good pinch of salt, pepper, scallions, and finished with perilla oil.
